Beautiful villa built at the beginning of the 20th century in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma area, completely restored and furnished simply but elegantly refined with ceilings which have kept the original beams and terracotta floors. From the window, views of the sea and the island of Elba, vineyards and fields can be seen colouring each season with the splendid hues of nature. Its location makes it possible to alternate days at the beach to excursions to the most famous art cities of Tuscany. You can go for relaxing walks on the property along tree-lined lanes or explore the Mediterranean bush along the paths. The accommodation is surrounded by a large fenced garden, with pine trees and a lawn, a bowling field and an open-air stone barbeque. Guests can use a beautiful swimming pool (13x7.5, 1.4m deep)(16/05-19/09) with an outdoor shower and a solarium area. The villa has wi-fi Internet connection. It is possible to have a maid and chef upon request and to be paid for on location
PLEASE NOTE: communicating with the villa but with a separate entrance is the caretakers’ flat. They are there at the guests’ disposal. Small pets are allowed. Arrivals are from 3.00pm to 7.00pm. Access to the property via a stretch of gravel road (2 km)

Villa dotata di tutti i confort e con un panorama meraviglioso.
Piscina molto grande, sempre pulita e ben curata. Un consiglio che vorremmo dare:aggiungere qualche lettino, sono in numero pari al numero massimo di occupanti della casa, in caso di ospiti una sdraio o un lettino in più sarebbero utili.
Cucina attrezzata con tutto il necessario, stoviglie di tutte le dimensioni e in numero più che abbondante, forse solo un po’ scarsa l’illuminazione lato macchina del gas/lavandino.
Giardino curato alla perfezione, patio attrezzato, zona barbecue vicinissima al patio, estremamente comoda per fare pranzi e cene all’aperto. Per le cene, i fari vicino al patio illuminavano poco il barbecue, una luce accanto il bbq renderebbe top tutto.
custodi discreti, gentili e disponibili, ma allo stesso tempo presenti per ogni necessità.
I proprietari estremamente disponibili e attenti ad intervenire prontamente in caso di necessità.
