Clean, very responsive host, good value. Pool was nice. Had everything you could need. The air was slow to cool and neighbor guest were blaring radio but was resolved overall.

It was clean, close to beaches , and the host was very helpful
Little old and needs some upgrade. Like Garbage disposal , dishwasher needs to be there.
Pest control also if possible

It was surprisingly quiet given how close it was to such a large city. The hostess was super attentive to our needs.
That I couldn’t stay longer:-). Seriously though: every thing was perfect. And we plan to book this one again and for a longer stay.
