About this house rental
Location is everything. The house is only 1.3 mile to Crescent Beach and approx 2.8 miles to Siesta Key Beach. Walk in the front door you will find the living room area with smart TV and phone charging station, board games and books storage in TV cabinet, next to living room is a large kitchen island for family gathering , farmhouse dinning area and room for everyone.
Fully equipped kitchen, Cuisinart Stainless steel pots & pans, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Food Processor, Blenders, Rice Cooker, Microwave, coffee grinder, and more.
Outdoor Features :
Large pool 15x28 ft pool with spa.
Outdoor seating for family, Charcoal Grill and Dinning Table.
Pool Heated Optional:
Heated Entire pool" feature available for extra charge $30/night (recommended Oct to May) Please request 3-7 days in advance.
OR By texting me when booking as VRBO collects all fees, mandatory government taxes, & any desired upgrades upon booking.
**Pool/Spa settings are all scheduled 9am to 7pm. When purchased, pool heat is set to 82-85 degrees , however if air temps drop below 70 degrees, it can affect pool temp, so unfortunately pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed**
The Master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a shower and king bed. The 2nd bedroom has a king bed with a shared bathroom. The 3 bedroom has a twin bunk bed, perfect children. Games room in the garage with full size ping pong table, foosball table and basketball for two player.
The location is super convenient- minutes from Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota, and every grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and list go on. There are plenty of activities such as golfing, fishing, biking, swimming, and boating to keep busy or just relax at the beaches.
Boat Lover: There are enough space for one boat parking (under 23ft). Please notify us at booking that you are bringing a boat. Thank you
The house is in a residential neighborhood, The home itself is on a busier street in the neighborhood; however, newly installed windows make sounds of the street almost non-existent!

Highly recommended… really enjoyed our stay!!
The house was beautiful and clean! The house was close to restaurants, grocery stores and the beach. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon and cooler on site we were able to use when we went to the beach.
The host responded quickly to all my questions and gave me great recommendations for fun things to do and delicious places to eat.

Very up-to-date and tidy house. Quiet neighborhood close to the beach. Grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops nearby. Would definitely stay here again. The host was very kind and responsive as well!
