You can leave the car at home and walk or rent bicycles to make the short jaunt over the bridge to hit bars, restaurants, and the beach. Boat tours, watersports, and rentals are all within easy reach of the home, along with groceries, retail shops, and gas stations. TPC Prestancia Golf Course is only five miles away and Downtown Sarasota is a six-mile drive north. The Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is 11 miles away.
Sporting a classic 50s Florida-style design, this single-level home comes fully furnished for contemporary family comfort. The cool, coastal tones will have you slipping into a carefree state of mind immediately upon arrival while essentials like a full kitchen, free WiFi, central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer provide every convenience throughout your stay.

Check-out time: 10:00 am.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras monitoring the entire front of the property.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was perfect. Only a 7 minute walk over the bridge to Siesta Key Beach. The back yard is so tropical and private. Pool, beach sand with games. The Tiki Bar with outdoor TV felt like we were living in Margaritaville! We made drinks in the Ninja blender all weekend. Inside, on the rainy day, we all enjoyed board games and naps in the super comfortable beds. Oh yeah, the outdoor shower was really cool too. Thank you.

This was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. The outdoor space is incredible. It is so private and absolutely beautiful. The setting reminds me of being at my own private resort. There is plenty of areas of both sun or shade all throughout the day. I loved the side yard with all the sand, it gave the feeling of having the beach in the back yard. The yard games were an added bonus. Loved to privacy of the heated pool. It was absolutely perfect. The beaches were beautiful, and the location of the property was perfect for walking to the beach. The beds were so comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was amazing! It's like a private oasis in paradise! Super clean! The beds are amazing! So close to beach you can walk, or just hang out in tge beautiful yard! The pool was amazing, along with the yard games in the sand! I would definitely go back! Beautiful neighborhood to enjoy while riding the bikes that are there!
