Featuring chic décor combined with ultimate comfort and amenities, this vibrant and sumptuous first-floor condo aims to delight. Positioned away from the street, parking and pool area, the unit enjoys a high level of privacy.
In addition to designer finishes and a well-stocked kitchen, you’ll enjoy an enormous amount of outdoor space. This unit has an expansive L-shaped outdoor space that wraps around the entire building, in addition to a covered and screened-in patio. Glass doors from the kitchen and each bedroom lead you to inviting patio spaces – it’s indoor/outdoor living at its finest.

• Sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress
• Jacuzzi tub in second bath / tile shower in master bath
• Dining room seating for 6+ guests
• Pack-n-Play and booster seat available

You just can’t beat this location. It’s closer to the beaches of Siesta Key than some houses ON the Key!
• Quarter-mile walk to Siesta Key or a 2-minute drive (you are vacation after all – relax!)
• Less than 1 mile to the restaurants and bars of Gulf Gate
• About 5 miles to downtown Sarasota where you’ll enjoy great dining, music, arts and shopping
• About 9 miles to St. Armand’s Circle, where retail therapy rules!
• A multitude of other amenities such as grocery shopping, gas-getting, coffee-sipping and more are all within a 5-10 minute drive.
☆ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ☆
☆ This is a SELF-CATERING unit. We will provide essentials to get you started (coffee, tea, sugar, TP, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc.) but do not provide supplies for a long-term stay. As such, you should take a look at the supplied essentials when you arrive, then make plans to acquire more if required.
☆ PLEASE NOTE: It is strongly recommended you obtain travel insurance when booking our home. Sometimes unforeseen circumstances happen which could cause you to need to cancel your trip. If you choose *not* to obtain travel insurance, please know that we will abide by our strict cancellation policy and no refunds will be provided should you decline to protect your travel investment. If you choose to book this unit, that action constitutes agreement with this policy.

☆ All guests staying overnight must be named on the reservation

We always love staying here, unfortunately this time our stay was during a storm but the host was very flexible and we were able to extend our stay when our flights were cancelled. If we had to be stuck inside due to weather at least we had a nice cozy place to be stuck!

The beds were excellent and property convenient. Only comment is property is right beside busy highway and very noisy by pool... couch smelled dusty and sliding doors need WD40

This was our first visit to the Sarasota area and we were happy with the location of the condo as we were there to explore the area. We have three children under 8 yrs old. We loved being so close to the Siesta Key Beach area, which is wonderful for all ages! The bridge is walkable for adults (didn't want to test those waters with our kids). but it is easily driveable as well. We ventured into Sarasota and Venice as well.
Great area for runners and cyclists.
CC and Greg thought about everything for the condo. It was well stocked, from extra sheets, towels, beach gear, games, and kitchen stuff, they thought of it all! We appreciated the attention to detail! Pool was a great way to end our beach days!
