The lake stinks and is unswimable! There is an algae bloom every year that causes scum to float andt

We had to leave a day early but didn’t get a refund.

There is an algae bloom in the lake that causes scum to float and collect on the shoreline. This causes an awful stink! The swamp cooler brings that odor into the house so it is not worth cooling with it. The two air conditioners are not adequate. There was no bottle opener for our wine. No hand bars in the bathroom/shower.

$163 is not a fair price for the unit in the current condition that includes a $54 cleaning fee.

View from lake edge, two bathroom toilets and sinks, 2 AC units worked, bathrooms were clean, beds were adequate,

Outside the unit is in real need of being cleaned up, bushes and trees need to be trimmed back, picture used for ad was of an other unit that was much more appealing, living room needed more furniture to be usable, description lacked detail that unit is on main street in town versus the picture that showed an alternate unit.
