About this apartment rental

With Mt Konocti, looming on the horizon, the apt. is a beautiful stay for all and is a lake lover dream, romantic retreat. It's a lakefront property, with communal deck to enjoy the sunset on the lake everyday!
Fully functional kitchen, lovely dining corner next to a large sunny windows. Full bath and a large living room with real fireplace; cozy bedroom with queen bed, build in closet and dresser.

At first glance it looks pretty quaint and clean. It had everything we needed. Smaller AC in the bedroom and a comfy living area to stay out of the heat. There was a nice dock for you to sit and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. It’s definitely an older apartment but for the price you can’t beat it. My only gripe was that there was an open box of sugar in one of the cabinets. Leaving a trail of ants in and around the sink area. All in all it was a great place to stay and walking distance to the beach which gives you access to the lake for SUP.

Ben was super nice and the place was exactly as described. It's in a nice discreet location and in a quiet part of town, we will definitely be booking again in the future.

It's a eye sore overwhelming Spider's, spider webs everywhere the dock is not stable the inside is nice Considering the outside. It could. Be a real beautiful place with some love. Would love to visit again if they they fix up
