The views and nothing else

Everything except the views. Let me start by saying the views are beautiful and that is the only good thing, Ron the next door tenant was very kind and nice. Now on to the place itself, PURE FILTH DO NOT STAY HERE. The place was absolutely disgusting, saying pure filth is doing it a favor. I couldn’t even sit and was worried I’d get a skin infection if I stayed here. We left within an hour of seeing the place. The owner has no decency to txt us back, call us or answer the phone when we called for a refund. He said to call him in a message but when we called he doesn’t answer. Every single good review here is a lie. Nothing was as described, the so called deck has loose boards you have to sign a waver that if you fall through you won’t sue. The private beach description is a lie. This place hasn’t been properly cleaned in ages, I felt dirty just being in there, the apartment smelled musty, dust all over the blinds, every corner, door and wall covered in filth, not even sure any of the bedding was washed. I straight up wanted to puke in there. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere where the owner has some decency.

It was clean

Run down, bad area, dead grass, big metal doors, broke down shared deck with a permanent tenant that harassed me the whole stay. Vulgar comments and suggestions I left a day early because I was scared! Definitely not as described!

the tub was clogged and all they did was put draino down but it was plugged worse the next morning. Window sills covered in dead flies and spider webs.the bbq was covered in spider webs and the deck and chairs in need of repair. Had to sign a waiver to go fish off the boat dock or walk on it. Was offered a free nights stay but wouldn't go back..

Small cute little cabin right next to the lake. Convenient to stores and restaurant. Next door tenant Ron was super friendly. He gave us great restaurant recomendation.

Need new quality towels, linen, and pillows. The smell of the lake is horrible. The deck outside need some repair.

Great bed! Slept like a baby under the AC. Plenty of pillows lovely bed I really felt at home. Also I make good use of the kitchen. I made dinner almost every night and coffee every morning. Also there were a couple people who are also staying there they were very sweet and we had good evenings out on the porch. There were plenty of towels also more than I could even use.

Sometimes there's a strong bad smell coming out from the water and other times it's great and refreshing and no bad smell. There was no cutting board and there was no garbage liners so it was tricky also no can opener.

Location, affordable, environment

That I couldn't stay longer.
