The location was great. Close to our event location. It was clean and quiet. The manager was very nice.
We were ok with everything. This is an old motel setup and was fine for what we needed.

This hotel was clean and comfortable. It was the cheapest hotel I could find on short notice. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept on in a motel.
The pool was closed, but I did not check that as we were not going to be using that. We did not get room serviced between nights, beds made and new towels. I did not check on this either. There was a note to be sure stuff was off the bed for service so I just assumed it would happen.

The location to Whiteface was perfect. We were in town for the World Cup bike race and while Lake Placid is a great place to hang out, we were looking for somewhere that was close to the mountain. This place met our needs and kept us away from some of the busyness of Lake Placid.
There was one small issue with hot water however it was it was solved once it was brought to management’s attention. Otherwise our stay was great.
