This place has an amazing location right in front of the Whiteface mountain. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. You can just stay there the whole day and consider it a perfect Adirondack vacation! Roger, the owner, is a very hospitable and interesting guy to talk to.

Great location at the base of Whiteface Mtn and along the Ausable River for the fly fishermen. Mattress was comfortable.
Dumpy feel for the property. Furniture has been there since the 1970’s. Property was cluttered - food trucks, old cars. Just a basic place if all you care about is the location and basics of a room.
