Location was great.

The house needs minor repairs and better cleaning.

Communication and ease of access to property were good. Location was good.

Furnishings white and unfortunately showed stains in various locations ie ottoman , and bedroom carpets. Main living areas multiple glass windows without shades - including bathroom.

Location was very nice on the water. Very quiet and peaceful.

The house had exposed electrical wires around several of the base board heating units. All the showers dripped and there was mold around the tub upstairs and in a couple of the bedrooms. I had read on line that other customers complained about a musty smell on the rugs upstairs. The response to that review stated they would do a deep cleaning. It appears that cleaning was not done before we got there. I just feel for the large cleaning fee that charged to all parties that some of these items should really been taken care of. I know that other people have stated the same issues and again the response from the property management was they would take care of it but have not. Some type of solar lighting should be put on the path to the house because it is very dangerous at night. We were not told about the unlight path to the house until a few days before our trip when the website populated all the information. I had my 84-year-old mother traveling with me and it was difficult for her at night.
