You're sure to enjoy the comforts and amenities of this Chatham vacation home. Walk or bike to Hardings Beach, just a mile away, or take a pleasant stroll through the adorable town of Chatham, where you can sample some delicious local cuisine, visit galleries and museums, or do a little shopping just a little over two miles east. And for adventures on the water, bring your boat to the Barn Hill boat launch, just a quarter-mile down the street. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Outdoor shower. A hair dyer is available. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, towels, games, and toys. This is an area dense with coyotes, so please watch your dogs.

The check in was easy, the house was clean and comfortable and in a convenient location. The electric fireplace was great for warming up after a cold walk on the beach. One thing to note if you are bringing dogs is that when you arrive, there is a sign asking you to try not to leave your dog unattended in the house and the info book says not to let your dogs on the furniture. Both are typically listed on the property description and would have been good to know before booking.

We absolutely loved this house, very comfortable, well decorated and welcoming atmosphere. It was exactly what we needed for a weekend getaway. We will be back!

House was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable.we loved the fireplace and the large deck was great.we walked to Hardings beach in the morning.Highly recommend this vacation home
