Very happy with how clean everything was. All the kitchen amenities, board games, movies, and hot tub made the place really feel like home. The size and design was perfect for a group of two couples.
This places was much cheaper than other accommodations and offered more space and the amenities mentioned above. The location was good. Right across the street from the Adventure Park and a 20 minute walk to downtown. The walk is easy and scenic, and the shuttle service was also utilized to take my party to and from the Metal station which was across town.
It was difficult to access the general property info to look at details and amenities. I know this may be due to the interface of booking.com and not have to do with the responsibilities of the property manager. I wish I had received the door code sooner without having to reach out the day before our expected check in time. My group took the Amtrak into Leavenworth and had to deal with an 11 hour delay, making it so we arrived at 7:30am the following day, instead of 8:15pm the night before. Having to add on any other unnecessary to-dos like getting the door code was not preferable.
Someone also barged into the property at 10:45am without knocking and took us by surprise. She asked if we were going to be checking out soon. I did put a check out time earlier in the morning but the Amtrak was delayed again, and it was difficult to find the page to modify my trip details. An email, text, or phone call would have been highly preferred over an unannounced visit without knocking.

Since they are asking me what I didn’t like if I’m being picky I will say The key pad is a bit of a nuisance- have to insert code twice to get in, and it didn’t stand out that it was a key pad at first
