Coziness, comfortable mattresses, quiet other than the screams of laughter from folks on the Rollercoaster across the street. Made us smile! Had everything we needed. It was clean and the owners thought of everything! If you enjoy walking, its an easy walk into town. I can't even describe the scenery in a few words; breathtaking! Leavenworth is quaint, inviting and makes you feel like you're in a Bavarian town in Europe! Lots of restaurants to choice from. Highly recommend Colchuck's and Larch. We stay 3 nights and it was a perfect amount of time. Also live that its a pet friendly rental as we don't leave home without them!
We took a drive into Wenatchee (20 miles) from Leavenworth. Took a stroll at the Riverfront park and enjoyed the Public open air Market. Bought some Kuki apples 🍎 😋 that are better than a honeycrisp!
The price of parking was high but did have an opportunity to download the parking app and pay using it. Don't forget that WA has sales tax.

Great communication from the property owners. We were able to bring our small furries (gerbils) with us into the property for a small fee. An amazing amount of cosy blankets were provided (for pets and humans), cute extra Christmas card and sweets, and everything was tidy and clean.
Only one very minor complaint, it was a little hard to find the property in the complex. Google did not lead us to quite the right spot in the first instance.
