Spacious 3bd, 2ba Leavenworth condo sleeps 8! Your perfect adventure basecamp, just 1 mile from downtown and directly across from the Leavenworth Adventure Park. Ideal for families and groups seeking comfort and convenience for their Bavarian getaway.
The space
Step into a bright and airy open-concept living area designed for relaxation and connection. After a day of exploring Leavenworth, unwind on comfortable sofas by the cozy indoor electric fireplace. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a breakfast bar for three and stocked with all the cookware, utensils, and spices you need. Enjoy group meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats six. The condo offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests, with three clean and comfortable bedrooms plus a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The condo also includes:
• Three separate air conditioning units (one wall-attached unit in living room and two portable units in the bedrooms) for customized comfort
• Private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air
• Complimentary ground coffee, tea, and waffle mix for slow mountain mornings
• A curated selection of board games for cozy nights in
• Kid-friendly plates, cups, and utensils
• LG washer & dryer (laundry soap provided)
• Free, secure high-speed Wi-Fi for streaming and remote work

Guest access
Guests will have private access to the entire ground-floor condo. Enjoy the convenience of no stairs, making it easy to load and unload your gear. Entry is seamless with a keyless smart lock. Your unique access code will be sent to you via message the day before your scheduled arrival, ensuring a smooth and secure check-in.

Seasonal Travel: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially for visits during the winter or summer. Weather can be unpredictable, and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.
Snow: During the winter months, please be prepared with tire chains and/or an All-Wheel-Drive (AWD) vehicle. While the condo complex parking lot is flat and cleared of snow regularly, you may still encounter some ice.
Security: For your safety, this property features a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front and back doors. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces and actively record video only when motion is detected or the doorbell is pressed.

We had a nice time. The location was a nice walk to downtown with beautiful views of the mountains on the way. Hosts were responsive when something came up and it was resolved immediately.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It even had coffee which was awesome. We had a great stay in Leavenworth as the lights in town were beautiful. Great place to stay.

Comfortably decorated with plenty of space for everyone to rest in their own rooms, relax in the living room or play games at the dining room table. Nice to have designated parking spot and chair by the door to remove shoes before entering VRBO. We appreciated that both bathrooms were furnished with plush bath towels, makeup towels and hair conditioner.Maggie was very responsive and made us feel welcome.

We will absolutely be staying here again! It was so nice to open the cupboards and see children’s cups and plates! By far the cleanest VRBO we’ve stayed at. Would absolutely recommend.
