Great place to stay.

Great apartment, with fully equipment kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Bus stop is next to the house and the shop is nearby. The owners were very nice and helpful. Great place to stay. Stubai Cards were includet.

Great appartment in Neustift

It was a big appartment, with everything you need. Location was very good, close to the Stabaier Gletscher. Also the little balcony outside was great, with the sun coming up.

The toilet was a bit small.

Superb

We had a great skiing holiday in Haus am Wald with our 2 children. It is a nice and cosy appartment. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are good and everything was in good condition and clean. From the bed rooms you have a good view on the mountains. The appartment is well situated. The bus stops just in front of the road and a litlle shop and restaurants are on walking distance.

Wonderful days

Everything was perfect! The apartment was beautiful, clean and warm. The host very kind and available to our needs. The town of Neustift was beautiful too with nice restaurants. If you want to go skiing, the glacier lifts are around 15-min drive. Recommended!

Good

The accommodation that we rented is in the "old house" in the basement. I am saying the old house because there are two entrances and the other one looks like it was build recently. The location for this accommodation is very good. It is 500 m from the grocery store and 15 min drive from Stubai. If you want to take a bus, the bus station is just in front of the house. The apartment has a kitchen which is very well equipped. Older lady who was in the house was very nice. She didn't speak English, we don`t speak German, but we managed to communicate. :)

Since this apartment is a bit under ground and the bathroom does not have a proper door, there is a lot of moisture and an unpleasant smell. The worst thing in my opinion is the carpet in the bedroom that is not clean and is full of moisture and probably doesn't help with the smell in the room. Bed was unconformable and pillows gave no support. The bathroom is nice, but the toilet is closely fitted between the shower and the wall, for us it was a bit difficult, but if a person is overweight it would not fit.

100% hit, spacy, clean, quiet.

We had 2 bedroom roof apartment. I liked everything there - it was really spacious, 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, quiet (i did not hear any of our neighbors downstairs neither the owners who lived there, too). We immediately felt comfortable and home there. Very clean and also lots of amenities were provided like soap, cleaning supplies, sugar, salt, oil, coffey...and, welcome chocolate gift with Xmas wish from owners, very nice touch :-). Comfortable parking space right in front of the house. Excellent instructions Tanja gave us for our arrival, I also liked on-line check in. You will not make a mistake by staying there on the contrary, I highly recommend this place. I liked a little stream in front of the house, too :-).

The only one thing which is not major was that the heating turned off for late night (like from 23 till very early morning) so, you have to count with it. Not a big drama but just do not go sleep with wet hair :-), hair dryers are provided and duvets are very warm there.

Saubere Unterkunft mit Skibushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür

Wir waren in der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Es war sauber und schön und wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hof war immer geräumt. Allerdings benötigt man das Auto eigentlich gar nicht, da die Skibus-Haltestelle wirklich direkt vor der Tür ist. Der Skibus kann kostenlos genutzt werden. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über eine eigene Toilette mit Dusche. In der Küche gibt es sowohl eine Kapsel- als auch eine Filterkaffeemaschine.

Przystanek Skubisa 20 metrów od obiektu, blisko sklep, apartament bardzo wygodny, czysty .Za rok chętnie tam wrócimy.

Wszystko było ok, WiFi mogłoby być lepsze.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr guter Anbindung zum Gletscher

Unser Zimmer lag im Erdgeschoss und war gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt gegenüber der Skibushaltestelle, was die Fahrt zum Gletscher sehr einfach macht. Außerdem ist der Spar fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Eigentümerfamilie ist sehr herzlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
