It was a very nice place to stay. There was plenty of room for my family. The pools were nice and heated and it wasn’t crowded. It was a quiet area and plenty of food options around.
I messaged the property owner several times about getting extra towels and no one ever responded.

Location of property is perfect for an event at IMG. It’s only 5mins away and your with in walking distance of Publix grocery, Aldi and other stores. It’s also only 25 mins to the beach which is great. Pools, pickleball, basketball court and clubhouse were all very nice, up to date and clean. The rental itself, kitchen area very nice but other areas of condo needs help.
Many water spot damage on ceiling that need to be repaired. Only 4 towels provided and pool area does not provide pool towels so additional towels were purchased. Kitchen was lacking in kitchen utensils, plates, bowls and such. Again only one kitchen towel provided where multiples would be super beneficial for cooking, cleaning and such.
Dryer vent so full of lint, the mater bedroom would fill up with this horrible smell while drying towels to the point we stoped dryer to make sure we didn’t cause lint fire.
Blankets on beds were very thin and no additional blankets provided. Pillows same way, thinnest pillows on all beds and no additional pillows provided.
Light fixtures and other items in bathrooms old and run down. Replacing them would make a big difference as the fixtures are all rusty and look like they have been through many owners of the condo.
Last, shower caddy storage would be beneficial as there was no where to set my shampoo, conditioner, razor and such in the shower. Cheap and easy shower caddy over the shower head could solve that. Other little things like that make major difference for people using condo.
One more, tried contacting rental manager of condo a few times with no response.
Condo was cheap and it definitely reflected that inside and with service.
