This was perfect for our family of 4 to Florida. We wanted to be close to Anna Maria Island but not pay the high island home prices. Everything was amazing. Beds were so comfy! AC was nice and chilly. Loved sitting on the enclosed porch. Just few suggestions for kitchen need an ice cream scoop, veg peeler, and some nonstick pans. We would totally come back again!

Yes there was ample kitchen utensils, laundry area had washer and dryer which was very usefull. barbeque was working good. I used it a lot. Parking under the carport was nice to have car out of the hot sun all day. Was only a 10 min drive to Anna Maria (leave early). Is a Great Location, close to many shops and grocery stores. Went to Riverwalk many times, saw Dolphins and a Sting Ray. Plan on returning. Thanks

Really nice place to stay, everything was very clean, and the house was stocked with fresh linens and towels. Quiet neighborhood.

Randy was a great host and even let us park at another one of his locations when we went to visit Anna Maria Island. The bungalow was very nice and clean and any questions we had were answered promptly.
