About this apartment rental
Welcome to our beautiful 2 bed 2 bath condo in the lush surroundings of Shorewalk Vacation Resort. Our condo is just over 1250 sq ft with plenty of room for families of 4 or 5 or 2 couples. The condo has been re-modeled to a high standard with new tile in master bathroom and shower, new tile throughout kitchen/living area and tile on the enclosed lanai overlooking the lake. There is a TV in the living room and in both bedrooms. The kitchen has all modern appliances with a breakfast dining area. From the lanai you can watch life go by or relax on the deck by the clubhouse. There are 2 heated swimming pools for your enjoyment and also a Jacuzzi/hot tub. Play a game of energetic tennis on one of the two courts or shoot some hoops at the basketball court. There is also ping pong tables or a pool table for your enjoyment around the swimming pool area. Shorewalk has a 30 acre site of landscaped gardens for you to enjoy a walk around. There are numerous restaurants for lunch and dinner, Publix food store is a short walk around the corner as well as a movie theatre and bowling alley. The beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island and neighboring Bradenton beach are just a 10 minute car ride away. Our condo will fulfill all your vacation needs and some... The apartment was well appointed and clean.

The unit was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The only note we have is that the sheer curtain on the patio sliding glass door left us feeling a little exposed at night. A second heavier window covering for evening would have been nice. Be aware that this is a second-floor unit and there is no elevator.
