Lovely, on one level 3 bedroom townhouse (sleeps 5-6) with garage, lanai and great community amenities: heated community swimming pool with showers and a restroom, newly renovated clubhouse, tennis courts and playground for kids. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, golf and entertainment.
This 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, lanai, and one car garage home has been lovingly cared. The living room has two reclining chairs and a sofa, flat 65' LG television with HD cable channel, High Speed Wi-Fi internet.
There is a separate dining room/area with China cabinet to serve your dinner. Covered lanai has 4 chairs dining table patio set and a small barbeque.
Primary bedroom has King size bed, 43' TV, and full bathroom (shower). Second bedroom has a Queen size bed. The third bedroom has a Double bed. The second full bathroom has a bathtub.
There is a washer and dryer machines in the garage.
In regards to the amenities: the water in the community pool is heated to 84 degrees. The swimming pool area has showers as well as a restroom. There are newly refinished tennis and pickle ball courts. As well as children's playground.
Convenient to the beaches, attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums, recreational activities. If you are looking to book two weeks or more message - nine four one two one two two one six three.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a beauriful home. It had all the amenities you need. Very clean and ready to just enjoy your stay.

Great house, great location, we enjoyed our two week stay. My wife and I had the king bedroom which was fine. The other couple complained about the queen bed and the double bed ( they tried both) and them to soft and rolled towards the middle of the bed. There is also a step down from the dining room to the living room and almost fell a couple of times. I found some yellow paper and taped it down to warn us of the step. Overall we enjoyed our two week stay.
