We loved the house for our extended family of 8, aged 7 to 68. We were able to relax at ‘home’ as well as have a base from which to adventure on Anna Maria Island and on the main land. We especially liked the pool and how easily accessible it was. Right outside the main room is the patio with the pool right there. With a variety of spaces to hang out, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. I liked that the TV room was not the main room. It was comfortable with lots of couch space, but not the center of the kids’ attention. The yard was a bit unkempt. But that’s not what we were there for. The outside space around the pool was all we needed. A few issues we had were that the microwave sometimes worked, sometimes not. And the beds in the 2nd and 3rd rooms need tightened. They are squeaky and the base slats need adjusted. But nothing that can’t be addressed.

Very nice, and clean. We enjoyed it. We'll definitely return. I had last minute changes. I got custody of my grandchildren and they went out and got a highchair and playpen for me to use which was right on time i forgot a highchair. The house was wonderful. We will return.
