Location was great for our purposes and the room was perfect.
Shower pressure was awesome but takes a little while to warm up and can overwhelm the drain if you aren’t careful but as long as you keep the drain clear .

Very clean and a bag of snacks was waiting for us when I picked up the key.
The shower drain doesn’t work well so my son was standing in a few inches of water by the time he finished. It would also be nice if the exterior door to the room had a swing back or chain lock on the inside instead of only the single lock. Anyone with a spare key could enter at anytime.

Our west facing bedroom window only had a blind. Really could have used a heavy curtain
