The staff actually enjoyed their work, which Sat something about the management. Clean, nothing broke or tired. The staff had decorated the breakfast area with a winter theme that was really done well. The had a hot coco bar as part of the theme and the signage around the food was hand done which made it feel like the person wanted to set up and serve the breakfast. The rooms were beautiful and well appointed. Housekeeping actually greeted and wish us a nice stay. When does this happen anymore???
