    Was only there a night, but thoroughly enjoyed the pool, walking to East Bay Park, use of shuttle to airport, tea and cookies in the lobby, and a comfortable bed and dark room. My room did smell like cigarettes and the front desk staff ran ozone machine for 30 mins and it took care of the smell. Front desk staff was friendly. There was some noise in the hallway from families coming and going from their room but this is expected and was not at unreasonable times. Zero road noise (I was not on the road side). Felt like a solid property for a TC vacation.

    What a GREAT stay! The staff is phenomenal! From the front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast attendees… everyone is VERY kind, intentional to say hello, and does a great job keeping breakfast stocked with fresh options. Everyday was a new breakfast choice, which was nice! My 3 year old at one point dropped a cup of juice (lovely) and the front desk attendant instantly assured me it’s no problem at all, grabbed a mopped, and had conversation with us. This was our first family vacation to Traverse City and we are already planning our next trip back! And we will definitely be staying at the Best Western Plus. Thank you staff for a wonderful experience!

    Serious! Stay here if possible. Staff is nice and the location can't be beat with all other things included. Stayed here to celebrate new years at the cherry drop. Very nice place and and the POOL is so ODD man! It's 9 FEET but in the shape of a CONE?? You should see it yourself.

    Nice hotel for a quick weekend getaway. Pet friendly so it was nice when traveling with a dog. However, out rooms carpet was pet stained and had a slight odor.
