Worst hotel to stay in while their under construction

The location was a good spot on the strip

Everything. The building was under construction, the ice machine didn work, there was no complementary breakfast, there was no hot water. The internet was trash I would not recommend anyone to stay here until there are done with their remodel. Maybe then it might be better.. my husband suspect mold in the shower

Worse place in Gatlinburg

Nothing was likable there. Worst place I've ever stayed at.

The room smelled of cigarettes and the wall socket was lose and the shower was terrible because you had to hold the water spout cause it came out of the wall when trying to get shower head to work.

Except for your extremely rude desk clerk we had a great stay !

Location & comfort ! The beds were very comfortable the room was clean and we were close to The Island and other activities, restaurants and things to see! we had a great time!

The man who checked us in was very very rude to us ! We are nice friendly people and never give bad reviews unless something is really bad ! We were treated with disrespect and as if we were annoying him! People like him should not be working with the public he is ruining some of your business I’m sure because he certainly made us want to go somewhere else! if we had of not already paid we would have…just because of him! There was also an extra $60 security deposit charge booking.com failed to disclose!

The staff were very kind and helpful. Good location. The best part of the stay

Update needed. Needs new fridge. Carpet needs shampooing. Beds really need new mattress'. Faucet and showers handles need tightening. Toilet runs a lot. Please dont get me wrong its a nice place with great staff. Definitely dated. Just refreshing needed. I would stay there again if updated. We stayed threre because the location is great.

The Staff was fantastic. The beds were really comfortable. Theyvere very quick to fix the heat in one of our rooms.

The pillows need to be updated. They were very flat. The refrigerator did not keep drinks cold. One room lost heat. I reversed 2 rooms within a day of each other. They were exactly the same but one was $30 more. They were side by side.

There were bugs in the room, trash from other guests still in our room (including part of a condom wrapper), the tv wouldn't play anthing, a light was out, the "breakfast" is served two hotels away and is pathetic...and the MANAGER didn't care when I told him about terrible conditions. My family will never stay there again.
