Worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Ended up moving rooms 3 times because the paint was chipping off the shower walls. The last one was completely disgusting. First on the floors. They did not come in and clean it. We had to go ask for towels and trash bags.

We have stayed here before,and i haven't been happy at all. This time we had no shower curtin, room was too cold with no extra blankets.. No ice machine....staff no help

NO obvious sign out front to indicate it was a Wyndham or Days in. The only sign out front was for the Convention Center which is now closed. Since No sign I tried to call two phone numbers to see where they were but both were disconnected including the one on the confirmation email and one on the Internet so unreachable! Blocked off the check-in breezeway where you park to check in, blocked off parking of about 15 or 20 spots with chairs and random stuff closest to the office, spray paint over my head when I (disabled) had to walk down the sidewalk to try to check in, wet paint signs on walls along the walkway to the office. I filled in the text for pre admission and thought how convenient until I got to the office and the guy says I need you to fill this out and need a copy of your drivers license and there will be $75 temp charge put on your account and wanted all of my car info and tag# again. I told him I had already done this online and he said they needed a "hard copy" for the office. I told I was not gonna walk all the way back half a block to get my license plate # and wrote make make, model and color and told them not to tow my car because I had already done that online and had the mirror tag hanging. Meanwhile I had sent a copy of license, car info and credit card info when I pre-signed in and at that time they said THEY were running a small charge online. There was NO breakfast or coffee that was supposed to be included. Except the guy making coffee for himself was rude (workman). I was in rm 312 which was decent. Surprised that the king bed had only three pillows instead of four of there were two sleeping in it. The biggest other thing is my room was forever away from the elevator (which clunked heavily by the way every floor) and I literally could not pick up and carry my heavy suitcase and large full cooler. I ended up putting my suitcase on my cooler and would use it like a sled and push about 2' at a time when I swiped my foot. I have truly stayed at hundreds of hotels from Disney to Mom and Pops and it may be nice when completed but I will never set foot in this place again.
