The breakfast that Slaven made was excellent and different every day :) Slaven is a great host and very helpful and accommodating and he looks well after his guests and goes out of his way to make the stay an enjoyable experience :)

Great place!

The room is great, spacious, comfortable, and has that Trogir’s good vibe! The breakfast was made fresh by the place owner, which was very sympathetic to us all times.

Still confused.

I am not even sure where to start. It was a great location, right in the middle of it all but quite expensive for what it was - mutton dressed as lamb. The location also meant it was very noisy, until 5am. The online pictures of the room look very different to reality. It was very poorly renovated. Everything was very flimsy and quite dirty. Broken toilet seat, broken bathroom tap, couple electricity sockets not working, lack of shower curtain, no privacy in the bathroom even with closed doors, main door broken, etc. No instructions on how to get into the room or where the room is located even though the host knew what time we are arriving. Upon our arrival, outside of the accomodation there was apparently his “assistant” who said the owner will be there at 6pm and she can’t do anything. We called the host who said how to reach the room and that he will meet us there with sheets for the cot at 6pm. After this phone call the so called assistant remembered she can’t speak English and she did not understand us. We called the host again at 6.15pm where he is as we weren’t sure if we had to wait for him and he said he is downstairs at his restaurant. No wifi passcode written in the room, we had to contact him again. Wifi only working in the bed. Everything was so confusing, constantly chasing the guy who is trying to run his 1-room business as cheaply as possible. I wouldn’t stay there again and would choose one of the hundreds of accomodation choices around.

The room was fantastic! Amazing location in the middle of the old town and still quite in the night. Very comfortable bed. As we arrived very early, we could leave our luggage in the bar below and check-in later.

The hotel has only two spacious rooms - each located on separate floor and that ensured that my stay was very quite and comfortable. While the hotel is located in the middle of old town, the thick walls ensure that you can feel totally secluded from the bustle of streets below. The highlight of our stay was marvelous breakfast prepared and served personally by the owner of the place, who also runs and is the chef at the wonderful burger restaurant downstairs

not exactly a “boutique” experience

it’s a good location and it was relatively clean.

we booked a triple room and the third “bed” was a horribly uncomfortable chair- bed that wasn’t even made when we arrived. The room was on a second floor and really hard to reach with luggage. the sheets and pillows were not great and when we asked for extra blankets and an extra pillow the owner was pretty dismissive and didnt have any “winter” stuff, we were pretty cold all night. The blankets were more like towels than blankets.

— the shower definitely needs some repairs — the bathroom door has a hole in it and does not give you any privacy

Spacious and comfortable room in central location

Really centrally located, clean and spacious. The staff/owner was lovely.

Small hot water tank meant the second shower was cold after an indulgent first shower. (sorry honey!)

the breakfast, it's the best of the best, the best we had in Croatia, easily beating the buffet we had in 5 star hotel of Dubrovnik. We ended up eating every meal, dinner, drinks, breakfast, etc. all at the breakfast place offered by Bubalus. The food is absolutely amazing. The staff there is so nice... And location is at the heart of Trogir.

A really good starting point to explore Trogir's old town :)

+the location is perfect - right in the old town, in a picturesque square (everyone stopped to take pictures there and we just had this view from our windows!) +awsome breakfast in the restaurant just next to it - the best we've had during our stay in Croatia +very large room, a lot of space for the luggage +very cute building

-it was quite noisy - there was not a lot of crowd in the town but you can just hear everything as if it was happening right in the room, at least that was my impression :) it was quiet at night but in the morning I woke up because I thought something was happening in the apartment, whereas it was out on the street -poor wi-fi connection -the bathroom door is quite heavy and difficult to move

Modern, stylish room right in the center!

We only stayed 1 evening but we loved our stay! The host is very nice and fast with communication; very clean and comfortable; incredible location right in the old town; also great breakfast included in our price! Definitely recommend staying here.

Everything was great but I will mention to keep in mind when booking the room does not have a coffee machine (included with breakfast though) nor a mini fridge :)

Die Lage ist super mitten drin großes Zimmer

Ich finde es zu teuer für 144 € pro Nacht zwar mit Frühstück aber trotzdem zu hoch der Preisfür das was es ist die Kommunikation war nicht gut bei der Ankunft verschlossene Türen keine Info vom Besitzer Den Aperol Spritz gab’s mit einer Trockenorange ein absolutes No Go und das für 11 Euro die Mischung war auch schlecht
