Booked in late and a delayed flight made us even later. Very good communication with staff helped lower our stress while we waited for Croatia Air to get its act together. They went above expectation. Breakfast was excellent. Location is fantastic, super close to World Heritage area. Liked the well- preserved historical interior.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room with gorgeous view. Surrounded by a plethora of restaurants. The staff at front desk was particularly helpful!
The only negative was the A/C stuck at 22C, making the room uncomfortably warm for sleeping. Once the control panel is fixed, I’m sure the room temperature will be fine.

The view from the hotel across the little Harbour towards the Trigor Old Town was magnificent!
There is No Lift so walking up 5 flights of stairs with your luggage was a nightmare! The Airconditioning did not work at all. For a 4 star hotel is unacceptable!! We did however get a 20% discount when checking out which was very good of the owners! No kettle or coffee in the room! Rooms are very small.
