Room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. Initially I couldn't get the TV to work, but staff was responsive to my request for help via email message.
The instructions for working the TV need to be updated and be clear. Also, the options and cost for parking a car in the city of Trogir are awful, but of course that is not the fault of the hotel.

The view from the hotel across the little Harbour towards the Trigor Old Town was magnificent!
There is No Lift so walking up 5 flights of stairs with your luggage was a nightmare! The Airconditioning did not work at all. For a 4 star hotel is unacceptable!! We did however get a 20% discount when checking out which was very good of the owners! No kettle or coffee in the room! Rooms are very small.
