It’s a very convenient location. It’s clean and a little secluded from the street.
Can be a little loud. I also wish the outside door locked automatically. You’re at the mercy of the person who leaves ahead of you on whether or not the front door gets locked.

The room is well appointed and super clean. The common area and deck were comfortable, and super clean. Lots of natural light. I wasn't expecting the great kitchen or washer and dryer
Neighbor hood can be noisy. Parking is very limited

Location was good.
The downstairs room was very small and hard to move around for two people. We could not open the windows because of the noise from the garage behind the room. It was difficult to drag two heavy suitcases up the concrete steps to the front door.
