We have stayed in Prentiss house many times and always love it. Due to its reverse floor plan, the living, dining room, kitchen are on the top floor and get lots of light and sun from all the windows. Great views too. And very close to the ocean. We’ll be back!

Love the cozy living room and ocean view from small but adequate dining room table
Keep in mind it has a reverse floor plan. living rm, kitchen are upstairs. We were a big group, in 3 houses and could not have a shared meal in Prentiss due to one friend's disability and his problem with stairs. But we knew this upfront.
