    When arriving in the morning the staff informed us that we would have to wait until 15:00 for the check in, which is normal. However, when we arrived at the said time and checked in, the staff informed us that there would be a fire alarm security check the following morning starting at 10:00 and that they will have to enter our room too. Why would a Hotel knowingly conduct the check in the morning, forcing travelers to get up „early" (some travelers return to their hotle very late, so they need their sleep). Furthermore, during check-in they told us that the check-out time is at 10:00 in the morning, although the platform through which we booked the hotel stated that it would be 11:00. This is the FIRST hotel I've witnessed to have a check-out time that early. In addition, they stated clearly that if we checked out even only ONE minute late, we would have to pay the full price of a night as a penalty. No hotel in which I have stayed has threatened a client with this high of a penalty for a slightly unpunctual check-out. Moreover, our rooms would not be cleaned and only the towels woule be replaced. Not even on request they would clean our room. And all the ammenities we would have to get ourselves on the ground floor. All of the aforementioned information has only been presented to us during check-in at 15:00. Not in the morning after presenting our passports and leaving our luggage there, not on any booking platform. Nowhere. All so we didn't cancel the booking and booked at another hotel. When entering the room, it was just decent. Little space for luggage, it was very hard to walk around in the room with an open suitcase. Tripped multiple times due to the narrow space. The bathroom smelled terrible during our whole stay, even when leaving the door open and turning ventilation on and off at times. The hotel is not even extraordinarily cheap or anything - it is just greedy and not transparent with its customers in addition to offering a low quality service.
