Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the water. Craftsman style that was either completely renovated or built from the ground up. Very solid construction. Very comfortable house and very clean. Steep stairs to get down to the water.
Unfortunately we were not told that the fireplace was not working and we had been hoping to have some cozy nights by the fire.

I arrived very late after an extremely long travel day, and the code provided didn't work, as did the secondary lock box code. It was clear that previous guests tried the lock box, and it didn't work; this issue should have been rectified.
Doesn't seem like the ceilings or corners are dusted; there were a lot of daddy longleg spiders, especially in the downstairs bathroom. The floors need a mop; they left our bare feet black.

They need better bath towels. It is a lovely home but the bath towels are all very flimsy.
The room with the twin beds is good but they need better blankets on the beds. The blankets were very thin compared with the comforters on the larger beds. Under the beds it was dusty and old socks were under beds.
Overall it was a lovely location and house, well stocked. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions.
