I didnt experience it myself but I didnt use it. The internet on the last day kept coming in and out.

They stole my clothes. Notified them of clothes location before unit cleaned. Clothes not returned.

They stole my clothes. Accidentally left a sweater and pair of jeans on the bed. I both messaged and called them multiple times before the property had been cleaned to let them know exactly where the clothes were. They claimed, "nothing was reported found." i.e. they decided to keep them or just throw them away. You'd have to be blind to miss an adult size pair of jeans and a sweater on the bed, especially when you've been told exactly where to look. I even offered to send them a picture I'd taken a couple days before departure that happened to show the clothes where I left them. I've included the photo in the review. They obviously don't care about their guests.

An absolute slice of heaven

The place was awesome for our 3 night family getaway. The kitchen met our expectations. The fireplace was so nice. Bluetooth surround sound built into the ceiling was an added bonus. A beautiful home in a nice tranquil setting.

The place could use a deep clean higher up (fireplace mantel, ceiling vents, above kitchen cupboards, top of fridge) but for the value I'm not even gonna complain. I'm 6'6" and notice the upper reaches more than the average bear.

Fantastic house right on the golf course. Had a wonderful stay.

Showed up to a clean house & it felt much more spacious then the pictures made it look. Very pleased with the house and its location. There was a broom & something else left on the front porch when we showed up, but we just put them in the front closet. We loved the blue tooth for our music & the house speakers. It was nice to have access to the pool & hot tub just down the road. Overall a nice house to stay in. We would love to come back for another visit. Thank you!

The weird hard plastic pieces from the bottom of the rug in the front room.
