Great location and view, but the property was poorly cleaned, inadequately equipped, showed significant pre-existing dam

The location and view were lovely, and the setting itself had a lot of potential. The home is spacious and could be very comfortable for a larger group if it were properly maintained and cleaned.

The home was not in acceptable condition upon arrival. We encountered cleanliness issues (dirty dishes put away, food on floors, cobwebs, old food left behind, unswept decks) and many signs of wear and disrepair that were present when we checked in. The kitchen was not fully equipped as advertised—there were no serving platters or small bowls, an excessive number of strainers instead of basic items, cracked and chipped dishes, and a dishwasher that does not roll out properly. Items were disorganized despite labeled drawers, making the kitchen difficult to use. There were also maintenance and safety concerns, including a broken vent, damaged dining chairs, dents and holes in walls, and a missing smoke detector in the master bedroom. The master bathroom lacked basic toiletries and had only one set of towels. We documented and reported everything immediately with photos. Communication from Vacasa was slow, and despite assurances, the representative (Veronica) never followed up by phone or email during our stay.

Loved the outdoor space and easy access to the creek! House was very well stocked and very open space! Loved that there was very open space to be able to interact with everyone, beds were comfortable!

It was odd having the fridge right behind the stove. Made it hard for group cooking, and there were a massive amount of spoons for eating but limited forks

We love this home and will almost certainly have a recurring family trip here.

We owned this home for years. Family reunion to reminisce. Location is great. Love the sound of the river. Great beds and bedrooms/game room.

Our only issue was the dishwasher. I feel it is need of repair. Found glass in bottom near filter and roller completely broken. Was not functional. I do not mind doing dishes, so not the biggest deal with folks drying and putting away dishes.

The amenities for use in the house were great, nothing was missing for daily use, thought you never left home.

One minor thing was no Kleenex.
