Guests have full access to the house, backyard, and all common spaces. Two closets and a garage shed remain locked. Self-check-in for seamless entry.

• Federal or county fire restrictions may prohibit fires during certain times of the year. Check Oregon Department of Forestry for up-to-date restrictions.
• Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours of 10pm - 7am. Keep music and noise at a considerate level.
• Parking: All cars must be in the garage or driveway (2 in garage, 4 in driveway).
• Pets: Dogs welcome with extra $50 per stay, limit 2 dogs.
• Winter weather can impact the greater Mt. Hood area. Please check road conditions prior to your stay, as snow and/or ice may be present on roads, driveways, and walkways. AWD/4WD vehicles are highly recommended, especially during winter conditions.
• In rare cases, mountain weather can cause temporary power interruptions. The house is stocked with basic emergency supplies for your comfort.
