The view, the hot tub, the short walk to the beach and beach access, beautifully decorated home

The third floor screen door is broken so you can’t use it and there are a dozen large stains all over the carpet upstairs and on the furniture downstairs. The hot tub jets don’t all work

The house was charming and comfortable with a lovely view.

From the photos and description I couldn’t tell there were so many stars. From parking to the front door there were 47 stairs total. This was very hard to navigate with mobility issues. Disclosing the four flights of stairs with only a rope railing would be important for guests that might have mobility issues.

It’s a beautiful property with great amenities really close to the beach

It’s not a dislike just an FYI there’s a lot of stairs leading up to the house, but it’s beautiful and worth every step

Beach access. The view from the decks is nice. You would never no the trash bins and giant pile of yard debris are right under the deck because the lovely hedge hides it. Beds are comfy. The shower is very nice but old. TVs are nice.

The main reason I rented the place was the hot tub but it was out of order. I kind of wonder if it has been broken for a while. Had a nice view of the lovely hot tub on the deck of the house next door. The kitchen was dated and not very organized. Dull knives and old dirty looking pots and pans. Toaster oven not working. Fortunately my wife and I are in pretty good shape and were able to navigate the crazy uneven stone staircase up to the doorway. Probably should warn people with mobility issues about the entrance. The weather strip on the base of the door leading to the decks is partially unattached.
