Nice spot but too many issues for us to stay again.

Nice remodel. Comfortable beds.

Uneven floors and difficult transitions which were difficult for my 80+ year old father. Access to the beach was close but very steep stairs. Hot tub was listed but not accessible. We weren’t able to check in until 6:00pm on the day we arrived.

Disappointed in a lot of thing’s.

It was a nice size place, it was very clean and comfortable.

The tenants upstairs, they were loud from 630am till after 10pm, even after asking them to quiet down they were still loud. I was given the wrong lock box combination so that was a pain to get the correct one. It shows it at the beach, we couldn't even see the sea or beach from the place. It had a hot tub, but didn't say anything about a hot tub. I also put in for having a pet and this place came up in my search. I have a service animal, after paying, I was told no pets, and no refunds, it didn't give me the option of putting in a pet. All in all, I was very disappointed in my stay.

An extremely comfortable and quiet place to stay when in Lincoln City.

We liked that there were two bathrooms, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, and we were surprised by how quiet it was with an apartment overhead.

We didn’t plan to eat meals in the house, but we did want tea or coffee occasionally. There is a coffee pot, but no tea kettle. We tried to heat water on the stove, and it took almost an hour to bring it to a boil. The burners on the stove are not functioning—at least now well enough to cook a meal with any of the lovely utensils that are provided.

Very good

The place was immaculate! Cozy and charming. I didn't realize that the apt was dog friendly until I walked in and saw the dog bowls. I'm very smell sensitive, and I didn't want to smell any lingering dog scent ( which was my bad for not realizing this before hand) but I didn't smell dog at ALL! The blankets were all clean, the floors free of sand and the carpeting in the rooms were so soft! The walk to the beach was a few blocks to the left ( best walkable beach access) and to the right (steep stair way to hell/ or heaven depeding on your direction) and the apt had more amenities than I expected!

The neighbors upstairs were respectful of the quiet hours but were really heavy footed, especially above both the bedrooms. We didn't hear them really anywhere else in the apt but above the rooms it sounded like elephants from time to time. There was a problem with the stove not reaching a full boil but they quickly responded about coming to fix it the next day and checked in a couple of times, asking how the stay was going. These things aside, I'll still definitely be staying here again.

Shower and bath sink not functioning well Closet had no handles - newly remodeled so little things need attention no nightstand lamps TV placed awkward

I didn’t know the area and thought that it was right on the beach. But it was not. It was super close to the beach access so that was good.

It was a crap show

it was a nice location

honestly it was a nightmare and beyond. Upon booking the location it took them over 4 hours to even respond that it was confirmed. it ruined the whole trip for my family how late we got in and how early we had to leave. had to speak with booking agents over 3 times just to get customer service help from vacasa. It’s a absolute nightmare. so we got in after 9:00 pm because of how late we were out off by vacasa and then finally contacting and sorting my reservation issues that they created. Upon arriving so late we had to go to the store so we could cook our own meal since most was closed and McDonald’s isn’t the greatest. Only to find out that no joke to boil a pot of water took our over almost 2 hours to simmer not even boil. This was a absolute nightmare. Don’t stay here they don’t care about the customer or proper service. $280 for a room. $140 on groceries you can’t cook, early checkout even tho they screwed up your stay. Terrible customer service and communication. I feel absolutely robbed. and they ruined my girlfriends daughters birthday bigtime. Please avoid this as a stay at all costs. A lot could go wrong.

Clean and comfortable and I liked having a glimpse of the ocean too!

Very clean. Had everything and more of what we would need and want. Nice bed, sheets, and pillows.

The coffee machine filter is missing so I couldn’t make coffee in the morning.
