Beautiful mountain house fully furnished and recently renovated. The house is in Roiz, between Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera and Cabezon de la Sal and only 2 kilometers from the Cantabrian motorway. Rural setting surrounded by green valleys, forests and beautiful beaches, 40 minutes of Santander, 90 of Oviedo and one hour of Bilbao and next to places like San Vicente de la Barquera, Comillas, Cobreces and Santillana del Mar.
Well worth a visit: El Capricho de Gaudi, the Pontifical University and the modernist cemetery in Comillas, San Vicente de la Barquera and Santillana del Mar, as well as the Caves of Soplao and Altamira Caves
The house has an area of 350 meters and has four bedrooms with bathroom, a total of 10 beds plus a supplementary bed puff.
Living-dining room measures 40 meters, with Chimene, kitchen-dining room of 30 meters, a living room with balconda, pool and library. Garden-yard fenced with stone wall with room of teak, umbrella and stove as well as an outside-dining porch. There is also a garden and rear garden overlooking the River Shield.
The house is fully equipped with linen, sheets and towels, appliances, dishes, etc. 2 TV
This tastefully decorated and is very comfortable. The area is perfect for relaxing holidays and to practice sports like surfing, golf, hiking and horseback riding.
