Location, the garage, pool
Property didn’t appear to be professionally cleaned prior to our arrival. Also, a number of items were broken or not working properly when we arrived (e.g. garbage disposal, kitchen sink loose, living room television had an issue with the sound.) “Tony” stopped Sunday and got the disposal working, he said he would send someone back (during the week) but never did.

The location was great! There was also a pool for the people that rented these condos. The beach was near by only a block and a half away. The condo was an open concept on the second floor with kitchen, dining, and living room, which was very comfortable. We also were allowed to bring our toy poodle, which I loved!
There weren’t enough plates. We had 9 in our condo and there was only 6 dinner plates and 3 drinking glasses and 3 wine glasses. There were only 4 cups for coffee/tea. We ended up buying paper plates and plastic cups.

the size and layout worked well for our family. it was very close to the beach so we could walk which was nice.
Neither hose (out front and in the garage) worked so it made it very difficult to keep the sand out of the house. The mattress in the first floor bedroom could stand to be replaced soon. it was very soft. I told the property about two minor repairs that could be done (fan in LR did not work and dining room chair needing repair) but neither interfered with our stay.
