Building has an elevator and 2+ parking spots per apartment. Partial ocean view from balcony and best location in town. Near Fager's Island, Seacrets and other great restaurants and entertainment venues.

It was a great place for us (3 adults, 7 kids and 2 dogs). We cooked in there everyday so that was nice. The only thing was I wish there were fry pans for us to cook with but I'm sure there were previously and people stole them. It was clean and the host was available if we needed anything.

Not what we expected, beds only had fitted sheets, not enough mugs and kitchen necessities such pots and pans for 10 people. We had to buy a frying pan. Doors didn’t lock other then front door. Small ants everywhere. A vacuum would be nice. Location and beach access was good.
