Was a great place for our family vacation. Even though it was right off of Coastal Highway the noise from the road was not too bad especially with the AC units running. Very close to the beach & perfect for walking our dog. The cottage is bigger inside than it looks. Didn't particularly care for the shared laundry but, we made it work - only had to do one load anyway. Looking for some privacy away from condo life, we recommend this little cottage.

We liked it but the furniture needs updating. Kitchen was excellent appliances, dishes, flatware, cups, etc,
Walk to the beach was nice and easy. Check in and out was fine.
We noticed a few ants early on, but Thursday night there was an ant invasion in the living room, front hallway, in all our beds. Jack bought 10 ant trips and Friday am those were all full, he told the office and they sAid they’d get someone to spray. However it was also raining so all of us decided to leave a day early. Our daughter and her 3 boys went to visit a cousin in Rehobath Beach then drive home we were able to update our hotel reservation in SC and are driving back to FL.
