I liked the many available breakfast items and the quiet, convenient location. I liked the dinner menu and Lucas, the server.

The bathroom door had a loose track so one could get locked in. It got fixed. The blinds control was stripped so they couldn’t be raised. That didn’t get fixed.

We had an amazing 10-day stay at Hilton Garden Inn Tempe ASU Area! The entire hotel was always clean, from the outside and lobby to the hallways and our room. The bed was comfortable, and the staff always took care of anything we needed. The location is also super convenient. It's less than 15 minutes from the airport, there's a Sam's Club right behind the hotel, and plenty of food options nearby. We especially loved having an awesome breakfast spot just a 1-minute walk away. The biggest highlight of our stay, though, was the front desk staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, but Sarah deserves a special shoutout. She greeted us with a smile every day, asked how our day was, checked if we needed anything, and made us feel like we were talking to a friend instead of hotel staff. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests, and that kind of hospitality is hard to find. Hilton Garden Inn is so lucky to have someone like Sarah on their team. She made an already great stay even more memorable. We'd definitely stay here again!

It was very clean and the staff was very friendly and attentive.

The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast, the food was good, the attendant was great. I just think charging $16.00 for what most hotels consider a continental breakfast is kind of wild. I only at there once because of that.
