Well loved, tons of beds

Fruit trees. Lots of beds. Location. Fenced backyard. Workin t.v. 2 bathrooms, balcony upstairs was fun.

Broken dryer. No curtains on the front room slider or upstairs bedroom. Not many large pots/pans. BBQ was definitely too small for the amount of people (it's a hibachi) 4 burgers at a time at most. (Sleeps 10)

Nice enough

The view off the back porch was awesome, and the short walk to the beach was nice. There are some nice upgrades in the house and a ton of pots and pans and dishes. The double oven in the kitchen was a really good upgrade. Nice selection of books and board games. The neighborhood was very cute. We loved that kids were playing outside and riding their bikes. It was also about a 5 minute walk to Ray's grocery store, which was super convenient.

The house smelled like cat pee. Not horrible, but enough that it was always there and I contacted customer service- who assured me that cats hadn't ever been in the house and that they were going to check under the house to see if that's where the smell was coming from. There were some nice updates to the house, but then others were left shabby like the decking is clearly newer, but it's all leaning and looking about to fall over. Or the floor in the living room is very uneven, you can see the sag in places. I also would've liked checkout instructions somewhere. I had to contact customer service to find out what I was supposed to do.

Amazing home prime location

The location was perfect. Close to tge beach, old town, and grocery store. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. Everything was inn working order. Plenty of beds and room. Pet friendly. Really great back yard.

There was a small hole in the bathroom floor. A previous person had not picked up after their dog. Needed more fans for the bedrooms.

Wonderful stay in Newport, OR

The house was set up nicely. It was very clean and in good location for heading out to sight see.

Back sliding glass door needed fixing, it was hard to close. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, well the walk is harder back due to the hills

This place was significantly overpriced with all of the charges, did not fill completely safe while staying here, to sum

Leaving the property was the best thing about it.

Hose laying in the walkway and in front of stairs at the entry, had to use the keypad with a 9 digit code every time entering the house because the key box code didn’t work, not user friendly when you have full hands. There is a bad odor that you can’t get rid of, cob webs all over inside and out, had to kill a spider above the bed and another on the lamp by the bed, kitchen furniture is unstable and chairs wobble. Satellite TV antenna wire strung out on the floor in front of the sliding glass door as a tripping hazard, rug corner was rolled up as another tripping hazard in the living room, no blinds on the sliding glass door, curtains to small for some of the windows so you don’t have full privacy, broken blinds on the front window so you can see in and out with blinds “closed”. Bathroom downstairs is very outdated with holes in the floor and cold air blowing in from under the sink cabinet, only enough hot water for 1 shower and then you have to wait an hour for the next shower. Don’t lean on the handrails around the decking or it might break, stains in the carpet, Back slider door does not have an actual handle but instead a piece of wood with no way to lock it. Does not have rollers or the ability to lock without using a piece of wood in the track. Very difficult to open and grip. Broken shower curtain rod. Towel hooks are loose and placed on the furthest wall away from the shower so you have to get out of the shower and walk over to the towel. Heat lamp is either broken or just has such a low amount of heat that it is insignificant, Broken closet doors are off track and do not close.

First, we chose great people to travel with. There was something fun to do every day in town.

The bed was comfy. Great kitchen with everything. Location was perfect to walk to ocean and shopping.

Clean and comfortable with a short walk to Nye Beach

The space was clean and comfortable, with lots of room for socializing in the living room/kitchen area. We liked that the kitchen had so many dishes and silverware, as well as a dishwasher. It made cooking meals together and spending time at the table so pleasant! Bedrooms were comfortable and sounds didn't carry throughout the house. Apart from one minor incident with a bed that should have been in better repair, we all slept well - comfortable, clean beds are a must. Clean bathrooms are too, and these bathrooms were clean and well-stocked with towels and toilet paper. The location was also super convenient for access to Nye Beach, restaurants, and shopping. We liked that the yard and neighborhood were dog-friendly.

When we arrived, there was a *lot* of dog poop in the backyard from a previous stay. That was unpleasant. We had to clean it up before we were willing to walk around in the backyard at all. We also needed to take out the trash, as there was trash in the kitchen bin from a previous stay. One of the twin beds had loose slats that made the mattress sag uncomfortably before one side of the bed leaned and finally fell down. We looked it over and found the loose slats, then fixed them ourselves. The beds should probably have been checked better to make sure all slats were in place/in good repair before we arrived.

Delightful home

Very comfortable home. Has everything you need. Lots of beds. Great for families and small groups. Location made it an easy short walk to Nye Beach, shopping and restaurants.

Bad Accommodations

We loved the beach, the eateries, and the shops. We met a few really nice people during our stay. We highly recommend the Nye Beach area. The Bayfront is also a must see. Newport is central to some amazing sights and attractions.

Our accommodations were not good at all! The house was dirty and there was a lot of broken and worn out things that made our hours spent in the house unpleasurable. We definitely will not book that property again. We will most likely not use Booking.com again for renting places that are in that kind of shape.

Incredible stay!

The location was incredible. Upon entering the house, my family of 6 including our dog were immediately in a home away from home. There were plenty of towels and blankets for everyone. The location was walking distance from a grocery outlet store in one direction and walking distance from the beach and shops/restaurants in the other direction. The neighborhood was quiet and we loved the abundance of windows throughout the home. We were prepared for rain every day but despite the weather channel, we had blue sunny skies every single day.

The door to the downstairs bathroom didn't seem to lock. Also, in the pictures we saw a bunk bed but it seems like the bunk was separated and put on the floor. All the needs were useable my little kids were just a little bummed but that definitely went away quickly. They loved the kid's room!

Weekend getaway.

Very clean, very specious I took my disabled mother there she had no problem moving around the the ground floor. Also very comfortable furniture And beds. It rained to whole time we were there at we stayed inside plenty of games and things to do inside.

The front screen bar that closes the door was broken, the back door was difficult to open and close. And the driveway is small. You have to park in the driveway at night because of the hoa we have a Buick Enclave and a GMC Sierra we parked as close together as possible and part of the tire had to be on the lawn. Wish we would have access to the garage to put one of the cars in.

Exceptional

The house was cozy, comfortable and very well supplied. Easy access to Nye Beach. Perfect layout for us. grandparents used downstairs bedroom. Family had entire upstairs.

We really enjoyed the house and location. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean and well maintained. The only item that needs changed is the light bulbs, the kitchen and the laundry room.
