Cute place , byoc !!! Bring your own coffee grounds & creamer Mattresses are in need of upgreading

It had a large master bedroom & bathroom w/tub ... it had an unmistakable beach theme that provided calming colors & enjoyable , flowers on the deck were summer colorful ... cute & lots of seating in the deck Much Ample space for 3 adults ...Electric heat was sufficient

Made several attempts to locate the property once we turned on to 72nd St... but space when found was enjoyably private . The fireplace did not work which was disappointing as the weather was cloudy/windy . Chilly in the evenings... the windows in the LV rm , dining rm , seemed a bit claustrophobic as they were not open to the deck . The deck did hv sliding doors w/ screens as access . Maybe sheer curtains on the ends might soften the expectation of more availability to the deck (?) Disappointing that the beach was a moderately step walk down the street to the sand / beach ... VIEW ; Limited/ obstructed just enough to the west to not be able to see the sunset from the deck .

It was so peaceful & beautifully decorated.

I couldn't get the TV to work in the bedroom, but I'm sure it was my fault, I'm not very electronic friendly.

You won't regret this place

The view of the ocean was so much better than expected. Very comfortable cozy cottage. Plenty of space. A bathroom for each room.Good area not far from everything. Had a great time.

Lock box was a nightmare so hard to get into. Maybe something newer or at least try wd-40 on it We tried both boxes until one of us got it. Would be really nice to have had brighter light bulbs. Also the name has changed to Anna's house... I think that was the name
