Charming waterfront TWO STORY townhome with gorgeous views of the bay and bridge. Make your Newport getaway special in this charming townhome on the bay.
Master bedroom, master bath, kitchen and living room are upstairs. There is a total of fifteen stairs from the main entrance to the main living area. Garage, guest bedroom, guest bathroom and laundry room are located on the main level.
Just south of the bridge, within walking/biking distance of South Beach State Park and jetty, Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery as well as Newport Public Fishing Pier. Newport’s Historic Bayfront is only a little over a mile away and offers many restaurants, specialty shops, and up-close and personal look at the Sea Lions. Yaquina Bay Lighthouse is also a little over a mile across the bridge where you can catch beautiful panoramic views from the top and check out the tidepools at the water’s edge during low tide.

Great house with easy access to the aquarium.

The property is great for adults or older kids. If you’re traveling with little kids who are curious or still in the play stage, this probably isn’t the place to stay. There are A LOT of breakable knick-knacks everywhere. Great place for adults and older kids though. The only other negative thing we encountered was that all of the towels smelled. They all smelled musty and left that smell on your body/hands. They could probably use a good striping and sanitary wash. Views are great and the house overall was clean and very nice. We appreciated the kitchen that was fully stocked with cookware.

This property exceeded our expectations in every possible way -a peaceful environment in walking distance to the beach...gorgeous panoramic bay/bridge views and sunsets...tasteful, cozy decorations and furniture...well-outfitted with everything a family could possibly need or want during a vacation stay...and conveniently located in the lovely coastal town of Newport (but away from the most touristy spots). It was the perfect place for my family to stay when in town for my daughter's college graduation. Colleen was also extremely responsive, ensuring that our needs were met at all times. I would absolutely stay here again - we were sad to leave!

Gorgeous views, quiet neighborhood, and very clean. Excellent communication from Colleen. This is the perfect place to relax while also close enough to enjoy all of Newport.
