This two-level townhouse is located near South Jetty, directly across Yaquina Bay from bustling downtown Newport. It's also right next door to beautiful South Beach State Park, across the bridge from Yaquina Bay State Park, and within minutes of the Oregon Coast Aquarium.
Relax in comfort in the upstairs living area, where you'll find hardwood floors, plush furnishings, and windows that frame the bay, the bridge, and the lighthouse. Light the gas fireplace on cool coastal evenings, read a book or browse the free WiFi in the window seat, or play a board game with friends around the coffee table.
You'll never miss out on the action in the open kitchen, which offers granite counter space, modern appliances, and even a dishwasher for your convenience. The bar counter provides seating for two and the dining area has space for four.
Begin each morning on the private balcony, on the sand beach at the end of the jetty, or in neighboring South Beach State Park. Care to do a little fishing? Anglers will have an ice chest, a fish-cleaning table, and a gas grill for their catches.
