The location is unbeatable and the condo is comfortable. The kitchen is well-appointed for anyone who wants to prepare their own meals. The view from the condo is what one dreams of having when visiting Maui. The Kihei location is perfect since the shops and markets are within walking distance.
I experienced no negative aspects about my stay in this condo.

Right on the beach, beautiful view from the lanai of sunsets, water, etc. Well-equipped kitchen, clean. Good customer service response when needed. Plenty of parking available, and access to a gas grill for cooking.
The noise created by homeless persons scrounging thru the dumpster in the middle of the night was disturbing. The condo was not fully equipped with the supplies that had been indicated; but this was quickly addressed by the property mgr when we informed them.

Unit itself is nice for the style it is, well appointed, and a great location on the beach. Great sunsets! Easy walking to several well rated restaurants. Available pay washers and dryers in a common room.
The unit itself had cockroaches in it. Not one or a few, but dozens! I killed 52 that I happened upon. I did not want to go looking in every cabinet or corner for fear that I would just want to leave.
