Kihei Garden Estates #E-204 is a two bedroom one bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, and high speed internet service. The phone is also equipped with free long distance calling to the U.S. & Canada. Air conditioning room unit in the living room only and ceiling fans in the living room and guest bedroom. There is a queen bed in the master and twins in the guest and a queen sofa bed in the living room. Kihei Garden Estates #E-204 is a two minute walk to Waiohuli Beach and also shops and restaurants. Coin-operated laundry room on-site. Sleeps 4. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

This was a very functional vacation rental. From the pictures the place looks like its been renovated, however there are some things that are in disrepair and rusted. The fridge is really old and the shower does not work well the controls and door are rusty this is hidden by the shower curtain in the picture. The complex is very close to the beach which is great, but there are unhoused people that hang out at the church next door. None of this posed a problem, but I would have not minded to know that information beforehand. The laundry while not in the unit was clean and we didn't have a problem getting a washer or dryer. It was nice to have a rental as opposed to a hotel, but next time we would try a different unit in this complex.

Need to do better on this area. Make sure that windows and doors are spired web free and those curtains it is time for new ones over stained welcome your guests with a nice cool room and nice smells fresh aroma
