This lovely ground floor condo is fully furnished and stocked with all of your modern amenities and comforts of home near the beach. There is an AC unit in the main living area, as well as ceiling fans throughout. Both bedrooms feature a king size bed, and there is a pullout sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find a Smart TV in the living room and the Master Bedroom, for your entertainment. The unit includes parking and WiFi, as well as beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and some beach/pool toys. For your convenience there are coin operated laundry facilities located just around the corner in the same building.
Kihei Garden Estates features a custom tiled pool and whirlpool spa along with a full outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ. The property has lush grounds with plumeria’s, mango and coconut trees, hibiscus and palms.

Dear VIP,Thank you very much for everything during our stay. We had a wonderful and happy time, and we truly appreciate your hospitality. Maui and Kihei are beautiful places, and we would love to visit again.However, there are two things we feel we should let you know.First, we witnessed a man staying on the second floor of the condominium chasing a woman while holding a baseball bat. In addition, during our stay, a woman appeared outside late at night shining a flashlight around. As I was traveling with my children, these incidents made us feel quite frightened and concerned about our safety.Second, we unfortunately lost some of our belongings. On our last day, we stayed by the pool until late, and the camera, iPad, and AirPods that we had left by the poolside disappeared. We were very disappointed by this.Despite these unfortunate incidents, we think Maui and Kihei are wonderful places, and we hope to visit again in the future.Thank you again, and we wish you all the best.

Kitchen was minimally equipped. No dish cloths, one very small ice tray, no cleanser for sink cleaning. Washering machine ok, but dryer wouldn’t dry because it was clogged with debris and sand. It would need some professional maintenance. Side tables in whole condo could be moved forward for more comfortable access. Front door had been broken into and since not really aligned well. Both door and frame should be replaced.
