Reviewer Comments:
Between friends and family, I have been in 9 different condos in the complex. This condo is the most worn of all I have been in and felt grungy. However, it is a great location in the building and has amazing views. I will not rent this particular unit again unless the kitchen and bathrooms are updated. The kitchen is a big deal for my family as we like to cook most of our stay. The queen bed in the master is very comfortable (even though I prefer a king). The property manager is responsive which is great since a few thing were not working properly at first. At the time of my stay, this unit was a great price so I am not dissatisfied with the condition. I feel like the description, photos and previous reviews were reflective of what it is.

Great view, watched sunsets and ate on the lanai. Lots of beach toys for the kids, beautiful pool and hot tub. You can walk the beach, saw 2 sea turtles resting on the sand. Close to restaurants and shops. Only negative was it was outdated, and could of used better cookware.

The dethatching was unpleasant. We were not told of it until it was too late to change.
One of us was bitten by a centipede which continued to inhabit the apartment.
